Are you trying to stop or control your drinking or drugging? Is someone you love struggling? Or, are you already in recovery needing support to maintain long-term sobriety? I can definitely help you. I know how hard it is to get your life back on track. I've done it myself. For 10 years, I've worked with alcoholics and addicts. I've seen people rise from the lowest bottoms imaginable and thrive in all areas of their lives. That means whatever your situation, you can, too. You are not the exception. I can show you how. Contact me.

I help you figure out where you are on the spectrum of addiction and what to do about it. Together we assess if and how your using is effecting your life. YOU decide the path you want to take. I offer warmth and expertise to guide you through that process.

I also offer popular workshops and support groups tailored to the challenges unique to people in recovery. I also teach relapse prevention at NYC treatment facilities. My Greenwich Village office (see pic) is one block from Washington Square Park and a 3-minute walk from the West 4th Street subway stops. See AlisonBulman.com.
