Grace Counseling’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), for adults (18+), exists to help those who suffer with substance use disorders (alcohol, prescription or illicit substances) find a way into recovery; to promote a better understanding of addictions; and to provide quality, evidence based treatment and support to everyone affected by drug and alcohol use.
OUR MISSION is to promote a greater understanding of addiction disorders and improve the lives of individuals and families affected by alcohol and other drug use by delivering the most effective, cutting-edge outpatient treatment methods.
OUR IOP MODEL The Grace Counseling Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program utilizes The Matrix Model which includes “several key components that complement each other and combine to produce an integrated outpatient treatment experience that works”. Grace Counseling Center IOP includes the following components:
-Early Recovery Groups
-Relapse Prevention Groups
-Family Education Groups
-Social Support Groups
-Medication Assisted Treatment when indicated.
Our counselors provide a safe, nurturing environment and a collaborative approach which has been found to lead to increased sobriety rates.
The IOP meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Day IOP 9 a.m. -noon
Evening IOP 6 p.m.-9 p.m.

We also have an IOP for Adolescents that runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 6-9PM and Saturday from 1-4PM. The adolescent IOP also uses the Matrix Model.
